Peter J. Adamo introduced a theory according to which it would have there 4 dieds adapted to our blood group.
It associates, indeed, the mode with the apparation of the blood group in the history of the man.
With the base, there were not 4 blood groups. But the first men (approximately 40.000 years before J.C.) only the group O. These people were hunters.
For the group O:
An hyperproteinic food and an intensive physical activity are advised.
Therefore, much of meats and fish. On the other hand, the cereal and dairy products are not advised, quite simply because agriculture was not developed yet when this group appeared.
For the group A:
The group A was identified and associated to the first man farmers, it is thus important to eat natural foods, in particular with cereals and vegetables.
The people of group A must privilege a vegetarian mode.
For the group B:
This group appeared between 15.000 and 10.000 before J.C. in a community of nomads originating in Causase and Mongolia.
It is advised: exercises moderated such as walk and swimming.
It is the only group which authorizes the consumption of a large variety of dairy produces. Are advised: green vegetables, meat, eggs...
But are in particular disadvised: the chicken, corn, groundnuts and lenses.
For the group AB:
Group AB appeared in 20th century after J.C., it is most recent but also rarest.
The product disadvised are: red meats, kidney beans, seeds, corn and wheat.
To summarize:
- a loss of 500 grams per day
- a short duration
- adequate Contribution of proteins, rock salt and vitamins and not involving risks
- Like many dieds, with the resumption of a traditional food, one notes many weight recoveries for many people.
